Summers in India show no mercy to people. While the summers in the North of India are more dry than the south, south India experiences summers with humidity. Latest lifestyle news suggests a few ways to prepare yourself for this summer so we have shortlisted a few of the ways.

  1. Stay hydrated- This is not so much of a secret way to prepare yourself but this is one of the ways you can choose to stay away from heat stroke. Since it is already a known fact we still choose to avoid drinking enough water.
  2. Eat loads of fruits and vegetables- Green vegetables, watermelon, cucumbers, mangoes are all the fruits and vegetables that will boost the water levels in your body and it can also hydrate your body. These are the seasonal fruits and vegetables that also help you to meet the requirements of vitamins and minerals in your body.
  3. Shower twice a day- The summers can make you stin and raise the temperature of your body and the only way to avoid that is by taking shower. Now you might take a bath daily but once in a day is not enough in such extreme weather you shall take shower twice a day so you feel refreshed.
