Women who have PCOS often experience a lot of skin related issues like dry skin, pimples, unwanted hair growth, while many others have dandruff issues as well. All these problems are quite often seen in the women who have PCOS. Dry skin problems remain almost common in all the list of problems these women face. And when it’s winter we are sure it is not the best time of the year for your skin but we got it sorted for you.

  1. Invest in good skincare products- Buy a nice thick moisturizer and a face cream for yourself and apply it right after you step out of the shower. This will help  the lotion to get deep into your skin since the pores are open at that time. It is one of the important ways to improve your looks.
  2. Avoid hot water- When the temperature drops having a hot water bath might sound appealing but this also comes with its own set of disadvantages. Hot water extracts the oil from your body and since the dry air of winters also does the same, it is not a wise choice to make.
  3. Visit your dermatologist- If the problem of your dry skin still remains the same after doing whatever is described above then you must visit your dermatologist. They will advise you on how to improve your looks?
